Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this position, reporting directly to our CEO, will:

  • Have a minimum of 20 years of relevant, progressively responsible, accomplishment laden HR leadership experiences in manufacturing organizations;
  • Responsibility for multi-site operations is highly preferred, experience with international locations is a plus;
  • Have the ability to work cooperatively, positively and effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers;
  • Have advanced planning, analytical, organization, prioritization skills together with a bias for intelligent action;
  • Be emotionally intelligent, poised and have excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Be a teambuilder and people developer;
  • Have a history of significant experience and accomplishments in recruiting, onboarding, retention, benefits, safety, employee relations, compliance and related HR activities;
  • Be a true business partner – one who truly understands business and thrives while actively participating in profit generations activities;
  • Have a degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent life experience;
  • The ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, via airplane, to national and internal locations;
